This week it's our biggest pleasure to welcome back Moreno Mariotti aka Dorian Gray for his second On the 5th Day podcast.

As is standard for the DJ, producer and label owner, he’s once again gifted us with a sterling, galactic journey guided by divine ambient atmospheres, trance-inducing rhythms and electric acidic loops - Dorian’s timeless, signature sound which always has the biggest, most beautiful impact on us.

Over the last few years Luigi Tozzi has been calmly making a name for himself as one of Europe’s go-to DJs for his distinct brand of techno that draws both from ambient music as well as from the club.
Raised in Rome, the DJ and Producer takes influence from the timeless italian sound, which he’s further developed with an emotional, swirling, dubby atmosphere. There’s an unmistakable texture to his productions.

While prolific, Tozzi has kept his output within a close family of labels. Swedish label Hypnus are key here, having released a number of the producer’s EPs as well as his acclaimed debut album, Deep Blue: Volume 2, in 2016. Alongside Hypnus, Tozzi has worked closely with Mental Modern and Outis Music, releasing both solo as well as collaborative work with the label’s founder, Dino Sabatini.   

 Tozzi’s unswerving commitment to his sound, alongside his pensive and considered development as an artist has brought him to where he is today, with a touring schedule that’s taken him to some of the finest clubbing establishments around the world. Within this, he maintains a residency at Khidi, Tbilisi, which in recent years has emerged as one of the best clubbing destinations in Europe. It’s through this platform that he brings his unique hybrid sound as both a DJ and producer, and can evolve and experiment as an artist.

Artist’s Bio:
Latmos is a Finnish Techno producer, live act and DJ, known from his distinctive and hypnotic Deep Techno sound. Inspired from nordic landscapes, literature and art, Latmos pours these elements into his cavernous soundscapes and razor sharp synth sounds. All of his tracks are handcrafted live with hardware only. Latmos has released music on labels such as Subosc, Cinus and Blacklabel Distillery. His music has been played all around the globe by well respected DJs like Oscar Mulero, Dino Sabatini, Magna Pia, P.E.A.R.L, Dimi Angelis and Anders Hellberg to name a few.

We have already read that his music was dark and cold. She is also beautiful and subtle. Over the years, the french producer Clarence Rise has developed a strong musical identity, always gaining in intensity and singularity, where sharp techno meets icy atmospheres of coldwave.
Author of multiple EP on various labels (Bella Ursa Records, Chez KitoKat Records, DNC Limited, or his own label: Freestate Records), this DJ and Live musician make his shows into real trips, as dynamic as introspective. And his inspiration follows the same path: the self-introspection and the return to nature. The forest is its incubator of ideas, far from the noise of civilization.

A dynamic palette of colors takes the listener on a trip to a vast distant en- vironment where new and abstract landscapes rise. A modern and high fidelity version of the past from where new shapes occur into the night ritual.
The tracks he makes are atmospheric, bass heavy with droning landscapes, driven percussion and deep inten- sity. Over the years, Anders has spent countless hours in his studio composing releases for labels like Circular limited, Northallsen records, NFEREE, Ordinamento Selettivo and others.

Sam Wilson is the founder of Dosis Records, an independent Chilean techno label that develops a deep, hypnotic, experimental sound.
He started DJing in 2017 and producing in 2019, something that has led him to make his own event planner; Black Spot Chile, in two cities of southern Chile, and Dosis Records Showcase in Espacio 93, the most recognized techno club in the country. Sam is the main host of Extracorporeal Therapy podcast by Dosis Records, which is a monthly radio show on Fnoob Techno Radio.

Based in Barcelona, Mod.1 is an uprising artist well known in town for his long vinyl sets and his in-depth knowledge of analog machines. 
Despite his celebrated oldschool taste, he's constantly trying to figure out how the future will sound and he is always exploring new possibilities in the studio.
His vision is pretty clear and what he has to say musically is promising: a mixture between profound melodies and strong percussions that lead to certain mental atmospheres only reachable by the finest techno. 
Mod.1 debuted as a producer with a track released by Node Recordings followed by another one in Post Dynamic.

@johnplazamusic - DJ/producer from Chile, owner of Linderluft Records . his taste for the music begin in 2002 when he was part of a thrash metal band and they created some tracks. then he listen other styles like Drum and Bass. Electro House, Dubstep, Trance. In 2016 his taste for electronic music and partys was stronger every time more.

About electronic music he's been producing his own tracks for the last 3 years. His style is built around blending active percussions with minimal ambient sounds & enveloping hypnotic passages. Through this combination he aims to create a trip both mental & physical. He has releases on diverse labels around the world, such as Blackline, Ancestral Process, Dorian, Fur:ther Sessions, BAHN, System Revival, Postdynamic, Nferee, SpaceTextures, etc.
He has participated in the last 3 years in a very active way in different podcast channels, the most recent were the memoir by Hypnus Records and Monument Podcast,
