My name's Jamie. I'm from Brisbane, Australia. I study music and I like to make, mix and remix tracks in my free time. Right now I'm just testing the waters and getting involved in my passion for Electronic music.

Anything on here is more or less a demo of a full track, still in the first draft concept stage: the levels are off, little or no stereo image, lacking in build-ups, progression, structure and texture. I bounce them with the master fader down because I want to share the idea first and fix all the peaks/distortion individually later on.

Any mix you find on here is just a blended playlist of my favourite beats; a compilation of tracks created and released by other artists - and I do not have ownership or distribution rights to any of these tracks. 

I upload for two main reasons - to show my peers and seek feedback before I decide to continue, and as a way of backing up the audio from my macbook. 

I try to work most of my synths and other instruments from the ground up, but if there's an idea for a sound or rhythm that I absolutely must lay down first, I'll use some of the library content in Logic Pro to find roughly the right sound I have in mind and create a prototype of sorts, and then develop that further with customisation.
