I used to deal with superman syndrome, but I don't even think I can truly save myself from my own existence. I wish everyone the best but there is no way I can save everyone if I can't even save myself. I now feel an immense sense of dread and despair, constantly feeling a sense of utter defeat in the face of life and responsibility.
