RVST & I made this remix in his small home studio last year at his house in Auckland, New Zealand. I was playing my debut international show later that night with him & we were dead set on making a collab for it - we just had to. We've been close friends for years, but somehow never made a track together until now. Last minute, he sent me some of his sounds and we made what is now the first drop in less than an hour. I was already envisioning the 3rd drop in my head - I had to trust my instinct and go full AKIRA KHAN. We were running late for a session with a local radio station, but I just had to finish the drop - and it was worth it. We played the remix live two times that night and so the hype began.
