What started off as a background piece for a commercial within a friend's horror film project quickly developed into an idea of it's own.
I wanted to capture the sound of the drum n' bass music that I was listening to years ago, but blend it with the sound I've been developing with Oopz... that noize n' beats sound.

This is a breakcore track I was working on for a compilation. I missed the deadline, so I took another direction with the song in tribute to Game of Thrones.
I am working on a breakcore album, so this song will most likely be included on that.

Something that can fill the void that the things society has deemed "normal" (Working a 9-5 job, getting married [to the opposite sex], having two kids, a house and a dog, etc.) cannot satisfy...

Uploading into the music scene via the underground circuit, quickly gaining popularity and overshadowing the sea of (mediocre) competition that plagues the scene today, Oopz is here to redefine the way you think about music.  

Oopz has recently released his debut album, much to the excitement of his growing fan base.  With the album expected to be a success and fame imminent, the exciting, newfangled sound that he has made his own is certain to gain interest from across the world.  Within months of emerging upon the scene, Oopz has collaborated with underground artists and amateur filmmaker’s alike.  

The development of his unique style is the result of a lifetime of musical influence.  NIN, Alec Empire, RJD2, Aphex Twin, and Automator, from Kraftwerk to Charlie Parker to El-P, via George Clinton, DJ Shadow, and a plethora of eighties beat pop.  His first foray into music came when he started playing jazz on his saxophone in the early 1990’s.  

Composing gritty, noise filled beats laced with industrial, punk and hip-hop sounds, Oopz creates tracks like a fevered zombie Mozart on a mission to put an edge back into hip-hop.  

Oopz has enough energy to power a large fleet of submarines equipped with nukes.  It's a fuel that burns full-throttle, ignited by the heat of his earth-shattering percussion and the power and passion of his performance.  Oopz is definitely on the forefront of future music.
