Roxy Show 9/16/16 Full Set

Out of the Nowhere is a four piece rock band that hails from Langley BC. Their style of music is inspired by popular bands such as Tragically Hip, Pearl Jam, Incubus, and Billy Talent. Since originally forming as a rock duo by Mike Kuwabara and Max Graham in 2013, Out of the Nowhere has grown in both numbers, and experience.

Mike Kuwabara, lead vocalist and guitarist, delivers his lyrics with passion and supports them with hard-hitting guitar riffs and chord progressions. The choruses are elevated by Max Graham's harmonies and dedicated rhythm guitar. The rhythm is expertly delivered by Brandon Swinney on bass, and Chris Dawson on drums.

They've performed many live shows in the greater Vancouver area, including Vancouver Craft Beer Week 2016, the 2017 and 2018 Relay for Life charity event in Cloverdale, and the Bikers Against Child Abuse fundraiser in Chilliwack. 

Since 2013, Mike and Max have together released one EP, that was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Mike himself. After Brandon and Chris have joined the band, Out of the Nowhere has released one Single, Nightmare Again, and are looking to release their second single in the next few months.

Out of the Nowhere has fleshed out a 90's-inspired rock feel with modern vibes and brings it to fruition with a powerful and engaging stage presence.
