Next up, we have invited Slovenian prodigy and Origin label founder, Akaj! We first came across him from his early productions under his alias Biokid on Origin a couple of years back and have been following him ever since... He is also now a part of the Rite of Passage collective based in both Ljubljana and Rotterdam!

With this mix he shows his unique style as a DJ too. Some really interesting sounds on display here for #5 in our podcast series. Tuck in and enjoy! ✨

we were introduced to Ethan via one of his online mixes and we were captured right away by his sophisticated touch and having him playing at our anniversary party only confirmed what we initially thought of his great capabilities as a DJ and his deep dedication as a digger.

Francesco Farfa is widely recognised as a symbol of Italian club culture and a benchmark to a generation of diggers and DJs. In a pre-globalised DJ sphere, he was one of the few exports playing far and wide, pushing the later coined Progressive sound.

He has DJ'd through four decades, from playing proto-house, new beat and hip house in the late 80s to becoming the emblem of the north Italian progressive "Sound Of Tirreno" scene of the 90s.

Here is a glimpse into what Farfa was up to in 1994.
