This is a great movie, and it has a great soundtrack.

This soundtrack is utterly fantastic. It added so much to an already brilliant movie.

Awesome soundtrack from Mark Isham. I used to have the LP. But it seems that Mark has never launched the complete soundtrack because this track is only 24 minutes. Great music for a great movie.

Wow. This brings back incredible memories. I bet I watched this movie 100 times growing up...and I'm not exaggerating. There was something about it that captured me and this music was a huge part of that. Beautifully matches the scenery. Something about the quiet, still isolation with beautiful but rugged terrain as the backdrop. Perhaps it's my connection to the way he thinks and processes and analyzes every little thing happening around him...kind of a willing loner. There's something that really draws me to that...always has. Thanks for this.

Бывает, что вход в осознанное сновидение у меня сопровождается низкочастотным звуком движения большого монолитного камня. Я решил использовать звуки движения камней разных размеров в своей зарисовке. События моих снов последних пары лет часто происходили на несуществующей индастриальной планете грязно-розового цвета, где меня сопровождали потусторонние звуки со сбоями и с хрустящими ритмами. На первый взгляд Monolith 5 без форм жизни, но форма жизни этой планеты — сама планета.
