Lvcerate is a prolific DJ & producer in the vibrant dark electronic underground circuit of his native Kyiv.

Previously he was active in the local post-punk scene as a drummer in various Kyiv based bands. This EP launches on March 7th with the pulsating and hypnotic dark cut “Blissful Wounds” available now.

Sounds From NoWhere is pleased to premiere a new Rhys Fulber' gem on 'Artoffact Records'.

Fêted electronic artist Rhys Fulber takes you further back and forward with his first solo release for Artoffact, Memory Impulse Autonomy. 
The album harks back to the music that Fulber made in his youth inspired by bands such as Cabaret Voltaire, Portion Control and fellow Vancouverites Skinny Puppy but blends those influences with the brutalist rhythms and harsh industrial techno that he has been pioneering in recent years.

Thematically, the record explores his joy of creating music for the first time in the Eighties using primitive equipment with a freedom of expression driven only by his imagination.

’‘The title refers to fond memories of my roots in making electronic music and the excitement and passion I had for these sounds that were new at the time,’‘ Fulber says. 
‘‘That style is embedded in me.  Going back to them allowed me to make music on impulse, and many of the instrumentals were created from studio jams.’‘

While there are distinct nods to the past in the gnarly Richard H Kirk-esque cut ups of All Of You Go To Heaven and Baaderzeit’s eerie Tangerine Dream-like sequences, the album is also very much a modernist collaborative effort, utilising voices from the forefront of contemporary electronic music including William Maybelline (Qual/Lebanon Hanover), Years of Denial’s Barkosina and Hamburg-based aufnahme+wiedergabe recording artist Konstantin Unwohl.

Premiere: Rhys Fulber -  Only Love Will Save Us (feat. Barkosina) [Artoffact Records]

The track pulses with a relentless 130 BPM beat, a foundation of hammering kick drums and crisp, metallic hi-hats. A throbbing, syncopated bassline, reminiscent of early EBM pioneers, provides the primary rhythmic drive. Over this, sequenced modern Techno Body arpeggios weave intricate patterns, creating a sense of relentless forward powerful military-industrial complex motion.

The atmosphere is thick with Military SOF textures. Distorted synth stabs cut through the mix, like shards of glass. Heavily processed vocals, chant cryptic phrases, adding an unsettling, ritualistic quality. The arrangement builds gradually, introducing layers of EBM & Dark Techno elements: echoing delay effects, cavernous reverb, and subtle, unsettling sound design. Towards the middle, the track breaks down momentarily, with the rhythmic elements stripped away to reveal a bleak soundscape of distorted noise and fragmented samples. The tension builds again, and the track explodes back into the main groove, driving towards a frenetic, cathartic climax. The song evokes a sense of a dystopian future, a world of concrete, steel, and the relentless march of technology.

TC Premiere: Rhys Fulber - Exclavier [ Artoffact Records ]

UNDERVIEWER is the duo formed in 1979 by Patrick Codenys and Jean-Luc De Meyer before they joined FRONT 242. They reworked their old songs based on reel to reel 4 tracks recordings of songs sequences and sounds between 1980 and 1981. Now they brought to us this magnificent album ”Wonders & Monsters”. The album its impeccable, experimental, melodic and powerful.
