We created this song with a mind to remind people of what our nations "leader" has failed not to do during his term.
We wanted to connect our listeners to the songs infectious rhythm.. while evoking contempt for the status quo, with an unapologetic, uncompromisable, unequivocal message delivered in a humorous, crass, beacon of skank-able charge.

We worked on this song at our first jam, and decided to record it on my phone. 

It's a song about when your life is falling apart, people are saying "it's going to alright... just hang in there", and you're thinking "No it wont! Everything is fucked!"

The song is about how my life is too busy. I am filling it with so many things, not getting enough sleep, and yet I feel like I am not doing enough. There's no time to sleep with lullabies! I'm sure many people can relate.

We recorded this at rehearsal on my phone. Still a bit raw but is sounding great. 

The song is about being afraid to leave your mark on the world. I used to play this only on 12-string acoustic, so it is a big surprise that it works so well in a band format.

This song is about realising that I am not as idealistic as I was when I was younger. It is about being disappointed in friends, family, and ourselves.

I recorded this on my phone at rehearsal this week.

The song is about regret, missed opportunities, and getting old. It is currently missing backing vocals, but is mostly finished. Just needs some bells and whistles.

Suffocated (Unfinished)

I wrote much of this song in my head while on a plane coming home from Hobart. What a great weekend of music and drinking. This song is bit cheesy, but I think it's the right amount of cheese.
