BIO:
TOKEONETOKA:  Since 2010 TokeOneToka has been falling more in love with the rave scene the further she dives into the underground. Starting off as just a supporter and lover of music, Toka then got recognized by a dance crew called Good Vibrations which opened up opportunities to expand and meet people who have helped her grow. 

Since then, she has now worked her way to DJing for tribes all over San Diego (1904 Kollektiv, Archetype, Connect San Diego, Digital Cocoon, No Expectations and SD Renegade), to Los Angeles for (CNTRL Room hosted by White Lotus and Singularity) and in Arizona for (Technosnobs AZ).

Toka’s passion for the underground is undying and she plans to continue her journey with electronic music.

A DJ from Southern California with Mexican roots. He has been rocking the decks since 2014, becoming member & resident DJ for Revolt just last year. He initiated with his own podcast on SoundCloud to now helping run Revolt Transmissions on Mixcloud & YouTube.
He started meeting other DJs in the scene and in doing so, he got recruited with Revolt. Revolt being his first successful event. 

He tends to mix dark groovy atmospheric techno with a hint of psychedelic. Highly inspired by DJs like Axel Karakasis, Tawa Girl, and Destroyer. He likes to keep his sets on the darker side of the spectrum but with a noticeable groove.

Debuting on REVOLT TRANSMISSIONS from NYC we have Gina Girio, who blends BREAKS, BASS, UKG, ACID HOUSE, and TECHNO. Her mix caught our attention because it was rather unique from what we normally feature. Instead of the traditional House & Techno realm, she managed to find a way to incorporate different genres and blends them together seamlessly!

REVOLT is an electronic music collective that was formed in November of 2021 focusing in three main areas: MUSIC, EVENTS, and PHILANTHROPY. 

MUSIC
For the most part, sharing music is the driving force behind REVOLT. With DJs/Producers from all different backgrounds, our BIPOC lead collective creates tracks and mixes that are inspired by ANTI-POLITICAL, UNIFYING, and/or UPLIFTING influences.

EVENTS
At every REVOLT, revolution is the theme. With electronic music playing in the background, we gather a forward thinking community to make each event feel like a protest in which dancing is our form of freedom of expression. In addition, we take 20% of all event profits and make donations to various charitable causes locally and/or globally.

PHILANTHROPY
Outside of our events we also raise money and awareness online. Given that there is a negative stigma about those who rave/party, we wanted to use our platform to make a difference through music.
