This is a segment from the premiere performance of the Neutrino project at AND Festival, Liverpool on September 30th, 2011.

Neutrino is Dopplereffekt, Albert van Abbe (visual artist), Zazralt Magic (scientist) and Katarina Markovic (scientist).

CONCEPT:
Astrophysics event presentation, a synthesis of music/visual data modes and natural philosophy. The program consists of 2 modules:

Module 1 is academic in nature in the form of lecturers (scientists) expounding on specific topics related to stellar and galaxy
formations and properties. These are designed to give the audience an entry level insight into astrophysical concepts. 

Module 2 is a music/visual data presentation relative to the theme, performed by Dopplereffekt. Music data will be experimental in nature. 
In module 1 the lecturers will also be performers in the sense that they will be immersed sonically as well as optically/visually. The lecture presentationsaims to escape classical methods of presenting ideas and concepts. It will be accompanied by music data and visual data in real time synchronization with the lecturer. 

DURATION:
The lecture component will allow each presenter 45 minutes to present their respective concept.
There will be 1 music/visual data presentation (by Dopplereffekt). The music/visual data set will be 60 minutes in length.

Llega la entrega numero 47 de la serie grabada en Santiago por Alejov, dj oriundo de Bogotá establecido en Chile hace ya varios años. Caracterizado por su elevada conciencia sobre los orígenes musicales y su empatía con la pista de baile, Alejandro Villanueva se mantiene constantemente en investigación, desarrollando una percepción auditiva amplia que es capaz de transmitir a través de una pulcra técnica de mezcla. 

El año 2014 nace Frenesí, plataforma liderada por el selector colombiano con la intención de converger distintas escenas relacionándolas entre sí, registrando dj sets y mostrando el manejo de las bandejas y mezcladoras a la gente interesada en el oficio. Poco tiempo después se integran actos en vivo exhibiendo el uso de máquinas de ritmo, sintetizadores, y secuenciadores en las sesiones llamadas ‘Domingo Maquinas’, dando paso a la edición de música en formato digital bajo la misma etiqueta.

Bogota native DJ that has lived in Chile for a few years now. Characterized by his elevated conscience on music origins, and his empathy with the true dancefloor. Alejandro Villanueva keeps investigating constantly, developing a broad auditive perception that he manages to develop within a pristine mixing technique.

In 2014 he originated Frenesí. A platform that converged diferent scenes by means of relating them, recording diverse DJ sets and sharing the ways of the turntables and mixing to those who showed interest in the discipline. After this cataloguing of musical happenings on the DJ world, Live acts using drum machines, synthesizers and sequencers were added to his endevoir generating what was called 'Domingos de Maquinas', which gave birth to these live act sessions that were also recoded and later edited under the same name label now on digital format.
