I went through a divorce last year, and have a two-year-old son who is my world. As a lyricist who writes about his life experiences primarily from a positive perspective, it was very hard for me to put anything down and start writing once things changed so dramatically at this stage of my life. I process things from a 'universal ebb and flow' point of view, so once I began to process what was going on, I had bits and pieces, words and thoughts, but nothing concrete to begin putting together a track. I heard an incredible, emotional, intricate yet simple song about a month ago that finally helped me break out of my emotional shell and start writing fully again. This is the result. I may mix it again and fix a word or two but this is what I came up with thanks to the help of El Ten Eleven and their wonderful song, 'My Only Swerving.' I hope they enjoy it..and I hope you do too. 
I mean no harm to anyone, I only want to inspire. I'm an artist, so please take this as just a song about life and the things we go through. This is only my way of seeing things. Right or wrong, it's the way I feel.
