I had a milder form of OCD (light switches and compulsive hand-washing were a big one).  I had it at a young age, but the weird thing was is that it just came out of nowhere, so it wasn't a gradual thing or something that showed itself since birth. Fortunately, I've overcome a lot of it

Fortunately, i've dealt with a lot of my OCD, but I still deal with germ stuff. I cannot, to this day, take showers with my bare feet or sit bare-ass on a toilet unless it's one i know only certain people use (for the toilets). I can do pebble shower floors, though

I still can't touch certain people because of my OCD. And it also includes my immediate family members. I don't mean I never touch them, but because of OCD, I avoid it for some reason or I wash my hands if it happens. I don't think they're disgusting or anything. It's weird. Somehow, my life isn't that hindered by it and they think I'm just not a physical person- which is technically true

whenever i eat i have to like make the food even on both side of my mouth. so if i'm eating skittles, i'll split the skittle in half and chew one half with the right side of my mouth and the other on the left.

Yeah the if you're related to someone with OCD, you're at higher risk of having it too

listening to this makes me realize how many little OCD things I have developed over time.

one thing I'd like to add that my therapist told me about my anxiety is that some people don't have OCD but have certain OCD habits because of anxiety. and no i don't mean your everyday stuff like Joes but the snack thing with greg could be Anxiety. I have certain OCD things but I don't have OCD about everything, it's just my anxiety. An example of mine is is when I make coffee I put powder in first, creamer and then coffee and If I do it any other way I will dump it out, I just can't deal with it. But pretty much everything else in my life is completely fine.
