the underlying issue of this is self hatred. Not the body looks. The fact that she knows she'll never be satisfied no matter how her body looks proves that.

she basically explained the root of her issue. Her parents obsession with what she eats ever since she's young. She has all of the facts, but just never connected the dots. Denial basically. Something major has to happen to heal someone like this, watching shows like My 600 lb life, its pretty similar to obese people who are in denial too. One day if she gets healed she'll look back on this and see it that way we all see it, double think self brainwashing and denial due to mental illness and being around people who enable her instead of encourage healing.

pro ana is a safe space for ppl with eds who r not ready to recover yet this was the official first meaning

im not Ana but Im Mia and I def have a COMPLETE  understanding of what shes saying. the thought process of someone with an eating disorder is extremely complex and is very frustrating. However, I hate how she is representing people with EDs, its disgusting and offensive. She does not speak for all Anas or Mias. 

It honeslty pajns me to listen to this. I honeslty dont understand this. I give so much props to greg and joe for handling this witch grace. I wouldnt be able to do this.
