It’s a carefully crafted aural masterpiece that you would expect from such as this integral part of the German dance world.

We are super excited to welcome Floyd Lavine to the remix package, we have enjoyed watching his journey and knew he would bring a unique flavour to “What Is Real”. A track known for it’s dreamlike soundscape, now reimagined with essences of the African soul that Lavine advocates. Building rhythms invoke a relentless yet transcendental tribal journey, with the breakdown paying respect to the original; this takes the track to the dust, the forest and the valleys of our world’s most spirited dance floors.

Closing the show is Squire, a Spanish artist much loved on mobilee for his consistently high quality productions and invigorating positive energy. His interpretation of “Haussmann” artfully envisions both 80’s flavours and summer beachfronts with Haussmann’s distinctive elements interweaving through an intriguing blend of instruments.

The LFO driven synth pluck lead sounds takes the track to the climax and concludes the journey. 

The second track embraces deeper melodies with vibrant ambiances and dances on the thin line between melodic techno and progressive house. 

The repeating of beat arps hypnotizes the listeners while synth and piano stabs wakes up again.

Jordan based DJ/producer Mazen, aka Mazen Hamid, debuts on Bonzai Progressive with the superb 'Vela'. Born in Beirut, Mazen felt a draw towards music from a young age, listening to a wide range of music. His strong passion for music led him to DJing and ultimately producing. He's played alongside top jocks from all over the world and has worked with many artists in the studio also. 

Köschk returns on remix duties, delivering yet another sublime effort. He remains a firm favorite, with his brand of the silky-smooth progressive house which resonates well among other artists and DJs. With years of experience, comes the consistent output we've become accustomed to and he never disappoints. This remix comes after a fresh wave of remixes from a host of top artists of his outstanding 'Speak My Mind EP'. He's produced a wealth of tracks for BP over the years and we've no doubt there is still much more to come from him. Here, he delivers a much deeper groove, smooth and meditative with a gritty undertone. Tight beats lead the way, setting a platform for the contrasting elements to shine. Soft, melodic arpeggios and airy pads sit in the background as a powerful bass drives the track. Cool voices add character while that gritty, hypnotic acid line weaves its way through the track. Another gem from Köschk not to be missed.

fascinated by analog equipments, the capture of organic sound and live recordings, his production exposes a search for authenticity and immersive sensations, a blend between original techno grooves and odd melodies.

his musical ideas are naturally born from freestyle live recordings in the studio, which could be followed on instagram through #_analogjam. 

the project collects original releases by renowned international labels, such as the eps “pipeline" by the italian natura viva, “nebula" by the ukrainian dear deer, and more recently, “peace above" by the dutch click records.
