This is an update to the Heart of Fire remix from last year that I did for Halloween, following some of the constructive criticism I received regarding the percussion and volume of the track. I'm sure a lot of you listening have noticed the echo the the main brass melody, which was in the original arrangement, even if it was barely audible then.

This arrangement began as a tribute to not just my favorite Castlevania character, but for one of my favorite game characters of all time.

The journey ends with Epilogue: The Gates of Eternia — but as in every legend, there are many ways a story can close. Two alternate epilogues, the Twilight Version and the Alternate Ending, reveal other possible destinies, leaving Eternia shrouded in mystery even as the gates open wide.*
