'Journey From Anywhere' is their second long-player release following 'Origin of Silence', an art edition LP on The Spring Press label.  This double lp features 4 sides of improvised electronics that lead the listener into the dark recesses of the duo's subterranean explorations.

Kassel Jaeger 'Exposure Scales — Sunlight' (eMEGO 183)

Mike Jedlicka and Tim Westcott (wndfrm/cloudburst) performed live at PNCA in Portland, OR on 4/6/14 for SIX, a 6.1 surround sound event.

Mike played the OP-1 and guitar w/ a ditto x2 looper, grunge distortion, and H9 pedals.
Tim added field recordings, the beat, and processed the audio into surround sound.

Recorded with a stereo mic.

"Mist" is inspired from such beauty of fog like phenomena which reflects the thin light to fine mist.Superimposed on the drone of layer, Hawaii Oahu bird cries, coast of sound waves of Bellingham and rain sound in Takao-san in Hachioji has been used in songs. "Nangoku"in the "Mist" has been published as installation work at Super Deluxe in December 2014 by 24chPA system.this album was produced at the request of the fashion brand "MIKU FUKAMITSU". it is making accessories by the natural materials and colors in concept.

Host Peter Agoston and our guest, the prolific Yoni Wolf (aka WHY?) have known each other for 20 years now. And for at least the last 1-2, they have been discussing recording this podcast together.  Finally captured just days ago in Oakland, Calif - the circumstances behind this meeting were by no means by choice. After the tragic, sudden passing of San Francisco based DJ/friend Stephanie Ornelas on Oct 1st, Agoston quietly put together an intimate and impactful celebration-of-life concert in San Francisco on Oct 12th at the Elbo Room. Yoni Wolf, one of the many performers, flew in from his home-base of Cincinnati for a performance. Peter DJ'ed for him and the day after, they sat for this convo. Discussing his life growing up in Ohio, the fateful move to the Bay Area and all points between - Agoston languid from the concert hopes that the listener isn't too confused by his semi-stream-of-conscious pontification with our nice guest. Yoni also produced a great podcast called 'The Wandering Wolf' and most recently released a brand new album entitled 'Moh Lhean' - peep both.

More than a couple of weeks late, but here we are, with the long-awaited vinyl mix, still marking down, bookmarking, and closing off a year we won’t surely miss… but at least there was a lot of awesome music, and as such, thanks to Mike Jedlicka once again, we are celebrating the best it had to give. A fascinating playlist here, with more than a few new artists even to my ears. So yes, I am enjoying it as well!
