The eleventh EP of Infinite Depth is in the name of a Dutch newcomer, who goes by the name of Rowdy (@rowdyofc). The label is delighted to give him the chance to show the world his first ever release, called ‘Shattered Eye’. The EP contains three original tracks, without any remix this time, to give the full spotlight to this talent. 

The title track of the EP, ‘Shattered Eye’, is all about the aggressive and monstrous sound, which you won’t hear every day. It drags you through the tracks and appears at the moment you won’t expect it. The more driving kick-bass combination, together with the claps and other crispy percussion, even brings a certain groove to the track.

SOEL’s long-awaited Ambrosia LP lands June 8th, featuring nine tracks, extending over two, 12-inch double-vinyls.

Infinite Depth already reached its 20th EP and for this release the label welcomes the Argentinian U S H N U (@ushnu-official). To make this EP pretty special, he delivered seven outstanding originals. This EP almost can be seen as a mini-album and goes from regular ‘four-on-the-floor’ to ambient to breakbeat. Yet, U S H N U managed to inject every track with his characteristic minimalistic, emotional and a bit dark sound. Not left unnoticed is that he recorded all vocals himself.

The EP starts off with an ambient track, called ‘Road To Nowhere’. First an intriguing melody comes through, which builds up together with the vocals to its highest point. All combined, setting the tension for everything that’s coming next.

‘Esmeril’ goes through on the tension set by ‘Road To Nowhere’. In here the minimalistic sound design of the EP already comes forward pretty noticeable. Percussion and synths are communicating with each other while flowing through a broad spectrum of audial space.

‘Cløser’ is the third track of the EP. Through this track U S H N U managed to bring the groove into the collection. The groovy lower part and percussion got accompanied by his gently suppressed vocal, which is not meant to be the center of the track, but it’s playing an important part in the impressive wholeness of the track.

The second ambient track is called ‘Venom’ and forms the bridge between the first and the second part of the EP. The high pitched synths and sharp hats are reaching the ears as a good-natured venom, which are forming a somewhat harmonious interplay with the lower frequencies.

Harmony is taken to a next level in ‘Where Are Your Heroes’. In this one the breakbeats are coming through during the beautiful intro. This intro opens the gate to a place where everything and everyone are living together in harmony and where no heroes are needed, because there is no evil.

‘Defected Resurrection’ brings back the darkness. Where there was no evil before, this track hits you with vicious synth-work and heavy kicks. All fitting into the frames of U S H N U his characteristic style.

From start till end it’s clear why the title track, ‘Diamond Tears’, is chosen to be the final track of this fascinating EP. The track has an emotional closing vibe and brings a satisfied feeling with him. A feeling which forms the perfect completion of this collection of seven original tracks, that are forming the 20th EP of the label.

Starting off the bunch of releases under the name “Save the Night”, the 4-track Ep titled “Moments” refers to those times where we would dance through friday nights. The first track “Rom” by Monkey Safari puts you in a foggy afterhour vibe around 6 am. A relentlessly playing guitarloop and trippy vocals are playing over a minimalistic drumset. ”Midnight Sun” is track #2. A dramatic masterpiece brought to us by the duo Avidus, providing their signature mix of carefully selected percussion elements, haunting melodies and goosebumps. Philipp Harms takes care of track number 3 and melts a harmonic synthesizer jam with a broken beat which takes you on a journey through your deepest dream states. Last but not least Rauschhaus finishes off the EP with a progressive house banger. “Leucosia” is a 7 and a half minute journey designed to drive dancefloors into a state of ecstasy. Nach knapp 20 Jahren Clubgeschäft und unzähligen Nächten unter den Discokugeln, stellt der Luna Club aus Kiel eine Auswahl an Tracks zusammen und wird ein Musiklabel. Die Tracks kommen von Freunden und Familie des Clubs und wurden zur Verfügung gestellt, um die finanziellen Einbußen, die aufgrund der andauernden Covid-19 Situation entstanden und weiterhin entstehen, etwas zu kompensieren. Die Compilation beinhaltet Songs von Künstlern wie Monkey Safari, Till von Sein und vielen anderen Künstlern, und wird häppchenweise in Form von EPs mit jeweils 4-5 songs veröffentlicht. Kauf diese Compilation und rette wortwörtlich die Nacht sowie eine der ältesten Institutionen der deutschen Clubszene.

After almost 20 years of club business and countless nights of dancing under mirror balls, Luna Club, which is based in Kiel, brings together a selection of music from its family and friends, to make up for the financial losses due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. The whole compilation features songs by artists like Monkey Safari, Till von Sein and many more and it will be released in parts with 4-5 tracks on each output. Buy this compilation and literally "Save The Night" as well as one of the oldest institutions of Germany's club scene.
