His choice of minimal sounds become more distinguished with every release and is definitely one to keep an eye on.

We welcome our good friend Canty for out 20th instalment of Orangecast & what a treat this mix is!!

Canty is an up & coming producer from Liverpool with a unique twist to minimal music, also joining the big lads at Surge Records as a resident! He caught our eye when we first met him when he came down to play for us in February, when he warmed up our pre-party for the don, Casey Spillman.

After progressing with he productions we felt more than happy to ask him to jump on Orange Records 1st release where he provide an absolute bomb of an remix "This Way"!

Orangecast 020 // Canty

We welcome Alex Field & DIGIT97 to Orange Records for a huge 4 track EP, Color Scales. Bringing their signature sound to Orange Records with this solid four tracker of robust rollers that will test the limits of any system they're put before.

The opening track Color Scales is going to a huge track for the clubs. Color Scale opens the release with a groovy bassline surrounded by lush pads and chords, merging to an energetic peak time groover.

In The Mini Mall comes in strong with its seismic basslines, twisted synths, drums wizardry and the kind of percussion that's guaranteed to work on dance-floors. 

Fool To Your Love comes in two versions. The original mix is a deep vocal cut for the early hours while the club mix strips back the melody to focus on the rolling bassline and the energetic percussions.
