Glad this song finally found a home.  Any word on any new Todd/Getaway Car/Excentrics releases?  Been way too long.

The Excentrics original lineup released two albums: Why the Long Face (1993) and Insult to Injury (1996). Guitarist Dan Rebeiz departed in 1997 but before he did the band wrote and demoed several songs that were never released. Now, sixteen years later, the band have reunited and are in the process of "properly" recording nine of these never released songs. In addition to these nine, the band plans on writing and releasing new material as well.
The first song from this batch is The Same Diane. "Diane" is mostly the same as it was when it was written in '96, though each member had their own share of fun "modernizing" their respective parts. The lyrics were also slightly updated because, well, we are a little wiser now. Just a little...
