'Vertigo', a thickly layered aural expression, contains surprising amounts of variation in both production and arrangement. The dangerously dark and dizzying track is carefully arranged to create an anticipation and eagerness which stays constant throughout. Be prepared for a ride, 'Vertigo' is one giant climax!

'Stratosphere' takes on a lighter, loftily atmosphere paired with a mysterious approach to the complimentary elements between the rides and synths. A track that is both the yin and yang simultaneously, this production is a bittersweet masterpiece that will have you reaching for your dancing shoes.

Another accomplished EP featured on Steyoyoke Black, Ran Salman has truly outdone himself in his ability to create something that is beautifully both day and night, and dark and light.

Biography 
Anyone who approaches Techno music with intelligence and finesse is exactly in the right place with C.7even, because the young Frankfurt-native has her craft down to a tee. She found her way intoelectronic music back in 2009, shaped by many musical genres. Contrary to many others, her style is constantly evolving and driven by the passion to constantly reinvent herself.Groovy-melodic, mystic- hypnotic, straightforward-uncompromising- this is what she embodies, but she still has always a clear vision    her mind of the story that she wants to tell through the medium of electronic sounds. “A DJ set has to make sense to me, Im no fan of the approach to just step behind the decks and blindly improvise my way through my playtime- Im always aware of what it is that I want to convey to my audience. That moment, when you ignite that spark in your audience- when the dancefloor really lets loose and people follow your leadership- that feeling just cannot be bought, that’s why I personally prefer longer sets (4-5 hours or more) over short and compressed playtimes. You can unfold and spread your wings so much more, and the connection between you and your audience gets so much deeper and more intense. In terms of own productions, C.7even doesn’t have anything official under her belt yet- but she doesn’t have to, because good stuff takes his time and her sets more than speak for themselves.“im really not a patient person, that’s why I might need more time than others to complete projects. But I refuse to give in to outside pressure- nowadays everybody says “you have to produce, you have to promote events, you have to dothis and you have to do that in order to progress...„I rather focus on the things that I am good at and what I can represent and stand by to 100%,I wont tolerate a flood of releases and half-assed stuff. That’s why my general rule is: “less is more.”Anyone who likes to go on a sonic journey through many facets of House & Techno, who likes to let loose in a tightly woven atmosphere and anyone who prefers sophisticated music over anything mainstream-take the leap of faith and and immerse yourself into the world of C.7even. 2018 was a landmark year for Irish live act, Hybrasil. Aside from playing Ireland’s famed Electric Picnic festival, he has also thrown it down in Ibiza alongside the likes of Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Len Faki & Sam Paganini at Amnesia, released on Gregor Tresher’s Break New Soil, and also traded Dublin for a full-time move to Berlin. As if all that weren’t enough, he has also just signed 4 tracks to Radio Slave’s ‘Rekids Special Projects’, recorded a mix for John Digweed's radio show and his track, ‘Lady Nada’ was selected as one of Beatport’s Top 50 Techno Tracks of 2018. 


Now, following a string of well-received releases on his self titled Hybrasil label and Hydrozoa, he delivers his third release for Ronnie Spiteri’s Kenja Records, courtesy of an intriguing three-track EP that also comes backed with a remix by Spanish producer Danny Serrano.


the ‘Inanna / Time to Change’ EP kicks off courtesy of ‘Inanna’. As is the producer’s forte, this one is high-octane techno, the likes of which has been made with the sole intention to decimate the dancefloor. A gnarly, pulverising cut that grows in stature as it progresses, it’s very much indicative of Kenja’s move toward more techno-focused planes. Eerie, dramatic and full of full of clever piano lines that lend the track a great sense of momentum, this is forceful stuff indeed. 


‘Time to Change’ is Hybrasil’s other original. Notable for its old-school prowess and Detroit-inspired rhythms, it quite expertly merges the sounds of house and techno with a sort of swagger that’s undoubtedly been influenced by Jeff Mills and his ilk. A captivating cut that closes a killer release in some fashion. 


Elsewhere, Danny Serrano leaves his stamp on ‘Innana’ in impressively inimitable fashion. Keeping hold of the original’s baseline, he conjures up a catchy, effective, low-end heavy interpretation that’s notable for an unrelenting groove and a drop that’s sure to prompt dancefloor pandemonium. e toward more techno-focused planes. Eerie, dramatic and full of full of clever piano lines that lend the track a great sense of momentum, this is forceful stuff indeed.
