C'est Les Vacances !

A few weekends back I decided to stream a live dj set from home given the current restrictions here in sunny Sydney. Sadly (and not to any surprise) the recording was cutting out and inconsistent. Luckily the trusty old XDJ-RX had the onboard recorder running and captured the whole set, uninterrupted and in the full (I kept playing for a while after giving up on Mixcloud). 

So there's a little over an hour and a half of music in there. Given the relaxed environment that comes with streaming, it's a mixed bag of styles. Starting of with some funk, then getting a little deep before finishing off with some uptempo disco and "Slav" style rollers. If you're looking for the bigger club tunes they're in there, Just let the set roll along and enjoy!

If you are looking for a banging blend of plain obvious, there's nothing for you here. If you have an attention span longer than a goldfish and wish to discover some excellent artists and their work, then do stick around for those 2.5 hours and properly consume it. Third edition of Birds Of Paradise brings some very interesting tunes to the forefront, recordings that bring incredible ambiance in their own right.

Stick to the Groove continues to live as a digging channel on Youtube, where records that don't exist yet on the internet get upload from time to time.
