Heads are drawn to this song for its mastery and dexterity of delivery blended with the vulnerability portrayed. Especially since it was dropped early in B.O.Ms career when nobody really gave an ear only to be blasted with what many still consider to be his Magnus opus.  

Saturday is loved for both it's production and vocal delivery. Aldrin puts in a valiant effort in his premiere collaboration with the Kgomotso native and the two distant Khoisan descendents unload a world of casual yet thought provoking and melancholic feel that catapulted the lyrical prowess of B.O.M to really pull him to the levels of Beast on [the] Mic as perhaps his initials may suggest.
