Stephen Disario delivers four-tracks as the debut release on his newly-launched imprint, and in so doing sets the tone for the output we can expect in years to come: driving basslines and infectious percussion crafted with meticulous perfection. Throughout the four tracks, Disario showcases what he does so well as a producer: groovy, funky techno that will always find its home in a proper underground techno setting.

The EP starts off with "Under The Rug," an hypnotic masterpiece that sucks listeners in and takes them deeper and deeper as the track's intensity builds and reaches its peak.

"Walking Through Trees" is next, picking up the tempo with an added groove carrying the track throughout... a real dance floor mover.

The pace continues with "The Marathon," a percussion-driven stomper characterized by well-crafted peaks and valleys permeated by distorted eerie vocals.

To conclude the EP, "Lights Down Under" showcases Disario's other signature techno soundscape. Here he takes the funk route, using an 808 clap and eerie howl broken by hard to discern and yet catchy vocals to great results.

It should be no secret by now that Holldën has a knack for carving deeply infectious and groovy cuts, singularly adding to their dancefloor vocation successive layers of emotional subtext and blunt rhythm dynamics. On Blackout Serenades — his first EP in 2024 — he makes this pledge ring ever more true, steam rolling the techno firmament with a diverse system of sonorous weaponry that shows him comfortably handling different floor moods, both raw and festive. Case in point, you can't go wrong with Call Me Nation's zany ecstasy, Back Alley Niceties' immersive flirtation, Sugar Me Raw's irresistible slickness and True At First Lie's quasi-tropical assault. Music is better off speaking for itself. But this year promises to be one of elevated creative acuity for Kuiper Noise's frontman.

Another EP that shows his skills & deep affinity with the Detroit sound, he blew our mind again with his tremendous honest analog sound & brilliant arrangement.

This Four tracker contains only floor tracks full of 909 drums, brilliant patterns & groove baselines with the touch of the Juno machine. 

"Explorer" will grab your attention from the beginning till the end it all. Moving hips alert!
"Terraform" is an extension of the Exploration. Yet, more funky, groove, … this track will get the audience swiped of their feet in no time. Great set filler.

On the B-side, Binny takes it to a whole other level. "Minimise" is a combination of repetitive drums with a stripped & highly mental stabbed synth that will turn people in to zombies. Killer for the floor. Up there with the big boys, if you ask us.

The more gentle & sweet melodic track "Alpha Juno" is a great tribute to the magnificent machine by Roland.
Fits every DJ set for sure.

Standard records are often too mediocre. The average track has been wrongfully given to much attention in order to achieve maximum income per release. Since digital music has been more available than ever, standards have been low as never seen before.

Some tracks are brilliant and special, others aren't worth it. Not even to get a digital format. Many tracks have been wrongfully given to much attention & have been falsely setting the tone for the new good. Good is not good enough!

We truly believe that music should be treated honestly and no one should lower the bar.
As a label, you should set an example. You should feel obligated to find the best mastering out there for your tracks. You should give honest feedback to new artists. You should define quality at the highest level possible.

We're extremely transparent in our communication in order to give you the most uncensored information about the other side of the music industry.

We aim to release the best we can get in our current time frame.
We don't settle with good enough. We're here to make a difference and help other to do so in any way we possibly can.

We want to transcend mediocre electronic music. We will do so in any way we can and help other people as well, in any format or any product possible. We happen to start with hypnotic & stripped down electronic music.
"The Orbis label"

Orbis Records is probably one of those underground deep techno labels Belgium never had until now. The label will provide dark, deep and stripped down hypnotic techno music as wide as the box can get.

'Thinking outside the box is our priority' is possibly the most used sentence when it comes to label descriptions but we have no limits. Our priority is bringing deep, hypnotic and stripped down techno music that will please the partygoer as well as the record collector.

"The Orbis X sublabel"

Orbis X is a sublabel of Orbis Records and will be mainly focusing on softer yet often usable as DJ material for the broader mass interested in Electronic music. This sublabel is an extension of Orbis Records’ softer, more melodical and experimental side. Music will be ranging from house, dub, chicago over melodic acid and even breaks. Not any track makes it to this sublabel if it can't stand on its own and stand the test of time!

We aren't just another fish in the sea, not 'some' label that will release every week a load of crappy tracks to get that monthly cashflow. Instead we're scheduling our releases every 3 to up to 6 months (or maybe even more) depending on the time to find or create music that fits our vision.

It all stands and falls with the quality and character of the music in a wide perspective. Innovation, sound and emotion are the main driving forces behind our passion.
