Hello welcome to the eighth relocked podcast on fnoob techno radio. This is our 4 weekly techno radio show which will be broadcasted on Monday 1 pm to 4 pm GMT. For our show today, we will be showcasing guest DJs from Italy and Spain for the very first time on our show today

First up, we will have Plukkk. An Italian native from Milan who co-founded Impeto Records and he has been making loads of wonderful releases on other labels too. He will be dropping a set mixed up Milan style. And do watch out for more of his music production output. In the meantime, do get into this set with some dancing

Next up, we will head nearby to Madrid, Spain. We will have Structural Form aka Manu to play a techno set for us on the second hour. You have heard his production on Audioexit Records and numerous other labels too. He has set aside time to make an exclusive set for Relocked Podcast. Get ready to party!!!

Nicola Armento aka Plukkk (Impeto Records, Green Fetish Records, B55 Records, Obscuur Records) est un jeune dj/producteur italien basé à Milan (Italie).

Passionné de musique dès son plus jeune âge, Nicola commence le piano à 13 ans et continuera par la suite à parfaire son éducation musicale. Ses influences lui permettront en 2012 de créer "Plukkk", son alias orienté vers la techno industrielle.

Co-fondateur du label Impeto Records, il porte une attention particulière aux jeunes artistes émergents du secteur comme Zakhari, Danilo Incorvaia ou encore Masteecate.

Born in 1995, he got in touch with music at an early age, influenced by the sound of 80's, Kraftwerk, Punk, Tropical music and Argentine New Wave/Synth Pop. Lately, he discovered more techno music by the likes of Planetary Assault Systems, Marcel Dettmann, Mariano DC, James Ruskin and more. At the age of 12 years, he started to produce his own music, focused on shaking and trippy techno.

The Nursery returns for its 11th release. This time featuring a compilation of four tracks, all by different producers or duos, who all together form a perfect representation of the current and new generation of techno. 

Label boss Paul Boex and his buddy MvdL take point with a strong though subtle track, carried by its mysterious synth line. New to the label are Erik Anthony & An.dante, also Dutchmen, who contribute with some atmospheric vibes stippling along the entire track.

Kuroi, another returnee, delivers a perfectly hypnotic successor called ‘Rotceh’, after which the southern Italian newcomer Biemsix finishes this Various Artists-EP off with some fast paced action. 

An ensemble that makes the "Chain Reaction EP" a proud statement of what the Nursery continues to offer: premium grade techno.

"The press part"

Standard records are often too mediocre. The average track has been wrongfully given to much attention in order to achieve maximum income per release. Since digital music has been more available than ever, standards have been low as never seen before.

Some tracks are brilliant and special, others aren't worth it. Not even to get a digital format. Many tracks have been wrongfully given to much attention & have been falsely setting the tone for the new good. Good is not good enough!

We truly believe that music should be treated honestly and no one should lower the bar.
As a label, you should set an example. You should feel obligated to find the best mastering out there for your tracks. You should give honest feedback to new artists. You should define quality at the highest level possible.

We're extremely transparent in our communication in order to give you the most uncensored information about the other side of the music industry.

We aim to release the best we can get in our current time frame.
We don't settle with good enough. We're here to make a difference and help other to do so in any way we possibly can.

We want to transcend mediocre electronic music. We will do so in any way we can and help other people as well, in any format or any product possible. We happen to start with hypnotic & stripped down electronic music.
"The Orbis label"

Orbis Records is probably one of those underground deep techno labels Belgium never had until now. The label will provide dark, deep and stripped down hypnotic techno music as wide as the box can get.

'Thinking outside the box is our priority' is possibly the most used sentence when it comes to label descriptions but we have no limits. Our priority is bringing deep, hypnotic and stripped down techno music that will please the partygoer as well as the record collector.

"The Orbis X sublabel"

Orbis X is a sublabel of Orbis Records and will be mainly focusing on softer yet often usable as DJ material for the broader mass interested in Electronic music. This sublabel is an extension of Orbis Records’ softer, more melodical and experimental side. Music will be ranging from house, dub, chicago over melodic acid and even breaks. Not any track makes it to this sublabel if it can't stand on its own and stand the test of time!

We aren't just another fish in the sea, not 'some' label that will release every week a load of crappy tracks to get that monthly cashflow. Instead we're scheduling our releases every 3 to up to 6 months (or maybe even more) depending on the time to find or create music that fits our vision.

It all stands and falls with the quality and character of the music in a wide perspective. Innovation, sound and emotion are the main driving forces behind our passion.

Music & artwork will be our #1 priority in order to move and touch all you collectors and fans of the deep & stripped sound out there !
