Minor7key, is a highly talented music producer whose journey has been shaped by resilience and a deep love for music. Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, he entered the world at Portsmouth General Hospital.His father, a military personnel and DJ, and his mother, also serving in the military and skilled in playing the piano, ignited his passion for music.

In the midst of the 80s, in a small trailer in Williamsburg, Virginia, Minor7key honed his skills on an old, beloved piano that his parents owned. Despite facing various challenges, including encounters with violence and a period of incarceration, his unwavering dream of pursuing music remained steadfast.

At the age of 15, Minor7key's path took a significant turn when he crossed paths with a mentor who went by the name General Xo. With General Xo's guidance, Minor7key refined his skills and developed into an exceptional underground producer, gaining recognition as the best in Virginia.

Today, Minor7key's music reflects his journey, blending resilience, raw emotion, and a unique creative vision. His inspiring story serves as a testament to the power of music and the unwavering determination to pursue one's dreams, no matter the obstacles faced along the way.
