We really tried a more modern approach to breaks and synth pop, and tried to keep a bit of the progressive nature that is OnA... As a producer, I was really taken with Amy's cadence in her vocals and hope I captured her ability to really drive the song forward lyrically. Hopefully this will be the first of many singles to come with Amy. I hope you all enjoy the release, and thank you all for all the wonderful feedback during the production process! Great community!! In The Middle Of The Night

Orchids and Angell is an ongoing and ever-changing musical project that I developed so that I could rotate vocalist (Orchids) through at different times and continue down a single path of discovery with as little friction as possible in the mechanics of getting tracks to our listeners. I am a Composer/Producer/Engineer/Computer Scientist as well as an avid electronic music enthusiast and artist with over 25 years of experience in audio production and sound design. I have been working furiously to find time to foster and regenerate my passion for musical composition, and I think I may have found a path forward. I've had nearly a 16-year break from writing/playing with a lot of life in between (three beautiful girls) and I'm just so grateful that I've found my way back to enjoying my greatest passion once again.
