Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore IV, the Queen Undyne ending, details an ending in which Toriel and the Ruins monsters are killed, but everyone else is left unharmed (other than Asgore of course). Undyne rules the Underground with an iron fist. Humans are to be treated as enemies, not friends.

Napstablook keeps their role. When Mettaton was banished to the Ruins, he took Blooky along with him so he wouldn't be lonely. Napstablook didn't want to leave the family ranch, but they also didn't want to disappoint their cousin. At least Mettaton gave them one "quiet section" in the Ruins where they can brood in relative peace. What a thoughtful cousin.

THE HAUNTED KINGDOM is a roleswap AU centered around a kingdom of monsters trapped underneath a veil of darkness. Hearing legends of this haunted world, a brave human falls down into the kingdom and must brave the challenges ahead of them.

New Home swaps with the True Lab, and is called the Forbidden Library. Appropriate to its name, it’s a restricted area of Gerson and Toriel’s library (Toriel takes Mettaton’s role) where the two worked together to study the nature of monster and human SOULs. Both of them tried strengthening monster SOULs in an attempt to have a chance of passing through the Veil of Darkness without resorting to seven human SOULs. But their efforts ended up being a failure. Just how exactly will our brave protagonist need to find out…
