Luca Cataldo is a multimedia artist specialized in the creation of audio visual journey. Through music he always expresses his beliefs, converting them into sounds. His productions & sets manage to deliver a meaningful story full of aesthetics & emotions, providing immersive experiences for heterogeneous audiences. With productions on different labels around the world such as Baikal Nomads, MŎNɅDɅ, Sofa Beats, Trndmsk, Kosa Rec, Cosmovision Rec, Shango Rec, Hug Records, he is now a well-established artist and co-founder of the Italian organic, ethnic and downtempo label Hupupa.   With this awesome mix of deep melodic and groovy gems, we stay strong and positive and think of the better days to come that we'll hit the dancefloor again. 'They sent the rocket up in December. Houston calculated that if you fly a couple of light-years west of the Milky Way, you’ll find the Tunnel. It’s a pocket of space-time that works something similar to a black hole – though with the Tunnel, gravity doesn’t lock you in; it propels you instead. The only question was to where.
They handpicked 4 of NASA’s finest. We all thought it was suicide – but I guess they didn’t care. The captain put a letter in my palm and told me to give it to his daughter on her 18th birthday. She loved the ocean, and I figured he promised her that they’d dive again when he got back home. Before I knew what to say, they were gone. Months. Years. Us, down here. Them, out there.

Eventually, they came up to the Tunnel. We could see it from the cameras on the ship. It was this swirling vortex of coloured gas. Intense lightning going off on the green edge. Then on the blue. Like the body of the universe had multi-coloured veins flaring under its skin. 
“God speed,” said NASA, and the ship moved into the gravitation field. The Tunnel slowly reeled them in. But right before they touched the mist, something sounded off on the radio. A sonic wave ploughing through a hundred million dollars’ worth of US titanium. The craft-cams, the body-cams, they all went to shit.

“Captain?” Yelled the Control.
There was static on the other end. Everyone on Earth scrambling to save the connection. 10 seconds. 20 seconds. Then, one of the screens lit up. A head-cam.
“CAPTAIN?”
There was no ship or crew. Only a man caught in the middle of all that coloured fog. You could see his hands reaching out into the empty space.
“CAPTAIN DO YOU COPY?”
The room went quiet. Jaws dropped like anchors to the floor. How couldn’t they? Seeing that massive thing swim above him like that. The length of about 20 buses sitting one in front of the other. Only this thing had a dorsal fin and a massive tail.
“Is that… A whale?”
In space you can’t hear a thing - but then this beast starts singing. Echoing these low-pitched cries and dancing in those particles of colour. The captain floated under it. Danced alongside it. And then, he held out his arm. Same way he did when he was giving me his daughter’s letter. A hand that never wanted to let go.

The whale came closer. It glowed red with electricity. Pulsating currents rippling all over its back. Finally, it holds out its tail, and the captain grabs on. Then the creature starts swimming, dragging the captain like a bullet through that Tunnel. His head-cam barely catches the whizzing beams shooting overhead. Minute after minute, light after light. 
Then the whale calls again. Deep, and endless, it cries and takes a nosedive, pulling the captain down with it.
“HOLD ON CAPTAIN!”

Before long, that whale is coming up at twice the velocity. There are tremors on the image. That thing is shaking its tail like an earthquake, breaking the captain’s grip before swimming up into the coloured light. It glows away into the distance – and now the captain is perfectly still. Suspended in the coloured nothingness. He reaches his palm out to the fading light again.
Suddenly, we lose the video feed.
“CAPTAIN,” they scream. It’s pitch black, but there are sounds still moving through the radio. Barely audible at first. Then, in the distance, we start to hear the call. An infinite void of deep frequencies and tones. It’s coming closer. Getting louder.
“CAPTAIN, WHERE ARE YOU?”

Now the song sounds close enough to swallow him whole. And then, right at the last second, right before we lose him for good, the captain puts his mouth up to the radio, a warm acceptance in his voice all those light years away. “I’m home,” he says.'

Yesterday experience an astrophysical phenomenon nick-named the Christmas Star. Saturn and Jupiter were in conjunction, which only happens every 800yrs. A bright new light in the night sky. Here for our guest Don Son joined forces with his flower Taala to prepare this very special podcast for our Tales of Zahrah - which means tales of flowers. Also as a huge THANK YOU this story is a gift to celebrate his birthday and the winter solstice. Weder weiß noch schwarz

Die Monotonie des Alltags legt sich um meinen Körper & Geist wie die langen Fangarme eines gefräßigen Tiefsee Krakens. Der immer gleiche Trott hält mich in seinem eisernen Griff wie eine stählerne Zwangsjacke. Das Leben rauscht an mir vorbei und steht doch still. Jeder Lichtblick ist ein Geschenk und ein wenig  Abwechslung ein gern gesehener Gast.

Kein Ende ist in Sicht. Doch zum Glück nicht das Ende der Geschicht. Mag die tägliche Routine auch ermüdend sein. So lässt uns die geistige Welt nicht lang allein. Kommt Zeit kommt Rat. Nun ist wahrlich jeder einzelne gefragt. Energie folgt der Aufmerksamkeit. Deshalb ist die individuelle Fähig- & Fertigkeit von größter Wichtigkeit. Vertraue deiner Intuition, denn sie ist und bleibt die verlässlichste Quelle der Information. 

Kaöb führt uns mit der 189 durch schattige Täler und lichtüberströmte Gipfel. Mit seinem Podcast offenbart er uns ungesehene Graustufen und letztendlich den goldenen Mittelweg. kośa ✰ Alle Tanzen Podcast #34

That rainy winter morning, the little witch woke up in a wet and windy forest.  With her eyes still half-open from a good night’s sleep, her heart suddenly skipped a beat from excitement when she realized the next night there would be a full moon, which meant she’ll participate in the monthly witch coven (which always happens in a different location and in the ever-changing company of two other witches).
After finishing her daily inspection round of the muddy woods, the barefoot girl washed her feet in a little stream, said goodbye to the forest dwellers, and flew into the unknown.  She knew she would – as always - reach her destination by simply following her inner compass.  
This time she flew straight to the East and it was a really long flight.  Never before had she ventured this far eastwards.  After a couple of hours, the rainclouds dissipated and soon she was flying over a snow-covered winter landscape under a glorious blue sky.
While passing over a huge forest, she sensed she had reached her destination and gently touched down in a clearing.  To her great surprise, she wasn’t welcomed by two witches but instead of that, two female wolves were waiting for her.  After a long hug with both animals (hugging a fluffy wolf is particularly pleasant when it’s freezing cold), it appeared that warm clothes and boots were waiting for their guest, with exactly the same grey color as wolf fur.  After putting on the comfortable cape, the little witch felt a very special energy descending over her body … and she immediately knew this was pure wolf energy.  And to her amazement, all of a sudden she was capable of speaking wolf language fluently.  Then the two wolves took the little witch deeper into the woods.  It was an old forest named Puszcza Białowieska, one of the very rare primeval forests in Europe and most trees were already centuries old.  With the immaculately white snow carpet, the majestic trees looked like pillars of a natural cathedral.  Finally they reached the biggest tree the girl had ever seen of her whole life.  The wolves explained this oak tree was named ‘The Guardian of Zwierzyniec’ and its circumference was a staggering 658 cm.  The wolves led the girl to the other side of the tree, where she found an ancient book, lying on a carpet of moss and fern leaves.  The eldest wolf explained that this holy book used to belong to an old wise witch, who was sadly burned at the stake during the persecutions of the 16th century.  Luckily, the old woman saw her fate coming and managed to hand over the holy book to a pack of wolves, who protected it ferociously for over 50 generations.  And since a few years, on every full moon day one random witch is being invited to come and read this venerable book.  And on that snowy day it was the little witch’s turn to get the honour to discover this hidden treasure.  With cautious movements, the girl opened the ancient book and started reading.  On page 1 she found out that the writing of this book had commenced on the 1st day of February of the year 1202, which was that day exactly 819 years ago.  After that, the girl browsed further and deeper into the book and soon she was completely absorbed into this invaluable treasure trove of wholesome magic spells, but it also treated more mundane subjects like a recipe of horseradish stew, a dish which the little witch had so far failed to get right.  The witch was so immersed in the ancient book, that she kept on reading all night long (with the help of some floating lights which she created using a spell which came straight out of the book).  The next morning, the girl was full of new energy and insights, thanked the two female wolves with a (long and fluffy) goodbye hug and flew back westwards to her own forest, wiser and more accomplished than ever before …

kosha (Sanskrit कोश, IAST: kośa), usually rendered "sheath", the covering of the Atman, or Self.

kośa is a soundsmith, the alter ego of Tarun Jakhodia, he brings you a flavour of a mix of downtempo, acid house, minimal//deep-tech ranging from 80 to 120 bpm, electronic yet organic tunes, deep hypnotic meditative grooves and solid kicks infused with Indian, Arabic and other Ethnic influences which we beautifully term 'spiritual deeptech' a genre coined by kośa, rooted in the deepest part of India's underground scene.

We consumed too much music and it started to leak and this is when kośa evolved into a record label in January 2019 with the release of their first various artists compilation Mīmāṃsā, though the real beginnings were with our Podcast series the raga saga soundcloud.com/kosh-a/sets/the-raga-saga where in we showcase an hour of beautiful music from our favorite artists from around the world.

33% of all proceeds are donated to Mountain Village Foundation that aims at educating the underprivileged women and children in the northern parts of India.
