Prenzlau rooted artist Original Peter shows off his production dibs in his first addition to the Kuukou catalog, his brand new "Moonlight" EP, encasing two original tracks, a remix and a collaboration.

A dark soundscape introduces "Moonlight", by the way of a winding, slow building up intro. Metallic synths and a thumping bassline add to the relentless pace, while semi-distorted vocals pierce the ambiance, breaking off tension. The title track essentially offers an eerie late night tech exploration fit for warming up any setting.

The duo Heinrich & Heine are called on for remixing duties, as they bring their fusion production flair into action. A throbbing bassline ties up the lead, as low frequency synths buzz about, amping up the suspense. The shrieking vocal cuts right through the hypnosis of the beat, creating a concrete yet spectral experience.

"Keep Going" swiftly dives in with an upbeat bassline and stripped down structure. Relentless synth pads and percussion serve as backdrop for an old school house reminiscing vocal, releasing what sounds like an unstoppable wave of energy.

For the final entry, Original Peter teams up with Holger Pohl for a double dose of well articulated German electronica. Cavernous drums, echoed ominous vocals, stormy synths, all the typical elements make their mark into a finely structured piece of earthy techno.
