Episode 5 is hosted by Vandana Khurana, and was recorded at Hopton Beach in the Borough of Great Yarmouth. During lockdown, Vandana walked to catch the sunrise at Hopton beach every day, sharing photographs and mindful reflections that have since been documented in a book titled 'Awakening with Sunrise'. This podcast shares some of her reflections and can be used to accompany walks of tranquility along the beautiful beaches or paths to be found in the Borough of Great Yarmouth.

Episode 6 offers an introduction to Guided Heritage Walks run by Great Yarmouth Borough Council, by Anthony and Becci, 2 of Great Yarmouth's Heritage Guides. The walks explore subjects including the Medieval Town Wall; Gory Stories; Sun, Sea, Stars & Circus; Graveyards and Tombstones of Great Yarmouth Minster; Forgotten Inns and Taverns and more.

We also hear about the story of Lacons Brewery, recently resurrected and brewing some of their traditional ales, as well as housing a museum showing some of the Lacons artefacts alongside a soon-to-open brewery tap.

Danny Keen presents a Black History of Great Yarmouth, exploring connections via street names, histories, links to The Empire and Britain's naval connections through pirates and seadogs.
