"Wall Street Greed, more boom bap drums mix with strings and more to keep that uplifting Hip Hop sound booming. The title of the track says a lot and it gives you a idea of what is coming. Her the focus is on the greed of the rich and powerful, the bankers and the corporations, at a time when people are struggling to heat their homes, pay the bills and food banks are at an all time high, there is still money to finance wars and line the pockets of the rich with bonus payments. There is no balance in the country, and we are the ones who pay the price."

KKAOS Krew (TJ Chill, Jonie D & Peekaboo) are intertwined in the history and development of the UK hip-hop scene, contributing to its growth through a mix of conscious lyrics, genre fusion, and community engagement.

Active from the late 1980s, KAOS Krew stood out for fusing funk, reggae, and politically charged hip-hop with British sensibilities. Their debut album Mind Revolution is a key contribution to underground UK hip-hop, reflecting their focus on education, empowerment, and challenging social inequalities.

TJ Chill the founder of the group, has been an ambassador for the genre, hosting a show on Itch FM promoting UK artists. His recent solo work, including the 2023 album Concerned Citizen continues his deepening legacy. TJ Chill has contributed to the hip-hop community as co-founder of Sensei FM and through his involvement with the annual UK Hip Hop Honours Awards.

Jonie D, a London rapper with Italian roots, emerged in the 1990s on Ladbroke Grove’s Positive Beat label, fusing musical genres with lyrical depth. His early EP Which Base, was influential in shaping his career as an innovative artist. He has collaborated with a range of artists, including DJ Propser , AWOL Collaboration and LSK . Recent albums SENA (2024) and Infinite Purpose (2023) showcase his enduring relevance.

KAOS Krew’s 3rd album continues the tradition of a UK style conscious hip hop fusion with clever lyricism and continues to receive global radio air play.
