Touted as a stadium chant and dance, Na Na Na (Rik and Viles) remix is a fusion of traditional Russian folk melody with a dancehall attitude and modern arrangement and beats.  The song features dynamic lyrical content, laced with high energy mix that is ideal for clubbing, radio, or just a sweet soundtrack for a car ride, work out or dancing.

The remix of Na Na Na was birthed from an International DJ competition which the duo organized in 2020.  “A lot of DJs were out of work at that time, so we decided to collaborate and give them an opportunity to engage their skills,” said Orisha. A total of 257 submissions were received from all over the world. The remix single was produced from one of the top 5 entries.

When asked about the motivation for remixing the single, Shel-K explained: “Many people are feeling lonely and estranged during this time. We wanted to take people on a positive ride with this remix  - to feel the energy and unity of the world.”

Orisha Sound combines elements of reggae, world and dancehall genres into their music with a touch of dance - to inspire their listeners and create positive anthems for the world to hear. The duo emerged on the scene in 2017 in the run up to the 2018 FIFA World Cup.  Since then, they have amassed a huge and active following of fans from all over the world.

We were told by a few listeners, that after hearing this song, it came to them in their dreams.  They both wake up smiling, singing the hook – This Love is Oxygen. I wonder if it will happen to you too;) Our latest track covers dynamic range of styles - pop verse leading to the soaring ballad-like chorus, easing into trap grove in the second verse - all cohesively riding over a fierce electronic beat. Second hook of the song is instrumental – Orisha put some extra pepper in the groove, recording catchy electric violin riffs. Let us know if you wake up smiling and singing.

Orisha and Shel-K comprise the incredible duo that is Orisha Sound. Based between Kingston, Jamaica and Miami, Florida, the group combines together elements of electronic, dance and world, with a touch of reggae to spice things up even further. In creating positive anthems, they aspire to uplift listeners across the globe.

Orisha is an American artist of Slavic and Brazilian decent. An incredible singer, dancer and multi-instrumentalist (playing over 15 instruments), she was a child-prodigy virtuoso at just nine years old, touring in Europe and the United States. Since then, she has appeared on stage and been in the studio with Stevie Wonder, Jimmy Cliff, Stanley Clarke, Flo Rida, Snoop Dogg, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and many others.

Shel-K is a successful producer, singer and dancer from St. Thomas, Jamaica. He has been producing songs for top Jamaican acts including Gyptian, I Wayne, Sizzla, Beenie Man, among many others. He's even been the face of world-renowned Jamaican rum, 'Wray and Nephew'.
