Dedicated, hardworking and energetic – three words that sum up Norwegian artist Ørjan Nilsen. He's spent the last decade delighting audiences across the world.

Born in 1982 in Kirkenes, Ørjan was never in doubt with regard to what he wanted to do in life. Having listened to countless CD compilations and witnessing legends in action, he was certain that the DJ booth was his calling.

Forming a bond with Dutch label Armada Music early in his career, his first release on the imprint was ‘Red Woods’, a track put out in 2006 under his DJ Governor alias. Over the years Ørjan found his groove, flashing samples of his huge potential, with classics such as ‘La Guitarra’ (2008), ‘Lovers Lane’ and ‘So Long Radio’ (both 2010). He went on to release his first full-length album, ‘My Opinion’ in 2011, following this up with ‘No Saint Out of Me’ in 2013, and the multi-genre infused ‘Prism’ in 2018.

Affectionately known as the Norwegian Trance Viking, he celebrated 10 years at Armada Music in 2016 by releasing a series of remix EPs featuring some of his most recognizable hits from over the years. The likes of ‘Between the Rays’, ‘Endymion’ and ‘Hands’ all received the remix treatment from some of the scene’s freshest talents.

A strong year for collaborations, his track ‘Los Capos’ with Colombian producer KhoMha owned the charts for more than four months, preceding his second team-up with superstar Armin van Buuren on ‘Flashlight’.

The following year saw the release of his top single to date. ‘Iconic’ was voted #25 in the 2017 A State of Trance Tune of The Year, followed by a series of single releases from the aforementioned album ‘Prism’. Meanwhile his remix of Loud Luxury’s ‘Body’ hit the 5 million streams mark in just a few months.

As a DJ, Nilsen has become synonymous with an infectious blend of all things chunky and groovy. His energy and presence behind the decks have taken him around the world, playing at some of the finest clubs and biggest festivals, from Sao Paulo to Sydney and everywhere in between.

Showing no signs of taking his foot off the gas, Nilsen has released a string of singles in 2019 including trance-driven hits ‘Fomo’, ‘The Chosen One’ and ‘Don’t Need To Know Your Name’ – all leading up to the release of his fourth studio album, The Devil Is In The Detail.

With an album release party on the way during one of dance music’s biggest events - ADE - one thing is certain, there's no stopping this Norwegian globetrotter. Determined to surprise, amaze and entertain, Ørjan Nilsen is on a mission both in the studio and the DJ booth - you don’t want to miss out.

TLUXX, Brian Johnson, is an Electronic Dance Music DJ/ producer based out of Los Angeles. He is originally from a small town in New Mexico.

In 2012, a cancer scare forced Brian to give up his dream of becoming a major league baseball player. During his recovery from surgery, and struggling with his purpose on this earth, Brian discovered Avicii. To ease the pain and trauma of surgery, Brian spent hours upon hours in his basement learning the ins and outs of the music production and DJ performances. He quickly found his purpose in life, bringing happiness to people through music.

He moved to Los Angeles to continue his musical education at the well known ICON Production School & Berklee College of Music. Brian takes his music production seriously and believes in improving his sound by understanding the fundamentals of music theory and sound design.

TLUXX has been the supporting DJ for performers such as Headhunterz, Quintino, Borgeous, Morten, Arty, Wolfgang Gartner, Dirty South, KhoMha, and many more.

He also founded and performs in the annual “Play It Forward” charity event, which raises more than $2,000 each year for a homeless teen shelter.

With a master plan in mind and the right mix of talent and determination, TLUXX might just be the next big thing you’ll hear about. You might want to listen up.

Kronic Says: “Lil Jon and I we’re testing out ‘Bend Ova’ at a pool party during WMC, and Chuckie was side of stage. After an intellectual conversation of the most outrageous places we’d ever woken up in (sadly, no Bugattis), we got onto the subject of music. Turns out, he’d been playing out ‘Hey Ho’ and was already familiar with Krunk!’s remix of “Making Papers.” 

I mentioned that I felt that the current bounce stuff has a lot of the Dutch house flavour in it’s DNA, and after we stopped nodding our heads in agreement, he told us we should collab on something. So we sent him an idea a few weeks later, went back and forth on Skype and “Vamonos” was born. Krunk! and myself are super stoked to be apart of the rebirth of Dirty Dutch, and are honoured to release Vamonos locally on our own label. 

This has been my biggest record ever (#8 Beatport Electro House) and I can’t thank everyone enough for the support. I f-cking love all of you, see you over the summer”
