Yup, still one of the best songs I heard on SC. Sad the artist did not blow up after the first tracks but sometimes it's like that - hope they can look at this years later and remember they made a mark in this world ;)

This is an old write of mine I used to sing to my dog.
It's entirely based on a single sensation we have when we look at our past and we can't comprehend the feelings we had.
I usually tend to forget the whole spectrum of my feelings, and I think it's important to remind the sensational details of our living experience.

"Limbo" is a story about a man trapped in a dream. Trying to escape a distorted realm - he searches everywhere only to find himself back where he started. As he looks around he begins to notice all the beauty around him, as if something changed while he was gone. He starts to wonder if he already woke up.

Dreamlag is back and this time they present their fifth release, «Limbo», taking you on a another journey into their dreamworld. Along with crisp percussion, heavy beats and moving melodies, the Dreamlag brothers experiment with organic and acoustic elements, staying true to their unique sound as well as exploring new musical areas and challenging themselves as producers.

LAMP member Leo Islo joins forces with Tontario on an emotionally charged journey in 'Coexist'. The subtle crackle of a vinyl can be heard as Islo's soothing lyrics echo through the shrouds of a hazy, cavernous abyss. A soft piano chord calmly progresses resting underneath a thin layer of warm, ethereal synths that slowly crescendo into a collective auditory atmosphere. Soft shakers melt together with loose claps and other percussive layers to create an aqueous soundscape. The track looks to leave the listener with a renewed sense of clarity, unity and hopeful outlook on the world that is recurrently divisive.

Tontario's grasp for sewing the threads of talented vocal artists with delicate melodic compositions is acutely demonstrated in this latest collaboration with Leo Islo. The Finnish producer has clearly made his mark as well as a lasting impression on his audience that will resonate for some time to come.

couldn't help but ask myself after having produced for years - what about it makes me so happy? it wasn't until i looked beyond myself that i saw everyone else was also living that journey on finding happiness, underscored with their own goals and desires. i set out with a goal on making more 100% original material, and today, you see the first of many making its first appearance.
