Thigh Master- Head of the Witch

At 4:17am, Wednesday 14th December 1988, the newly elected conservative Student Union at Queensland University, led by their President Victoria Brazil and supported by hired security guards walked into the 4ZzZ studios, located in the student union building basement, and served an eviction notice on the graveyard shift announcer. 
The song playing on 4ZzZ at the time (REM - Orange Crush) was cut short and the announcer ordered to vacate the building. Before vacating the building, a Superscope Cassette recorder, microphone and batteries were snuggled out of the news room. In a state of shock, 4ZzZ announcers Anita Earl and David Lennon recorded this 2:25 minute message on that superscope while still in the 4ZzZ carpark. 
As you can hear in the last 2 seconds of the recording, David rushed (in order of importance) the tape, Anita and himself to the transmitter hut at  Mount Coot-tha in his car. 
Due to the well timed foresight of a 4ZzZ technician, an emergency broadcast cassette player was recently set up at the transmitter in case of scenarios exactly like this.  
This short message was played and replayed continuously on the 4ZzZ frequency of 102.1 MHz, until two more Emergency Broadcast statements were recorded by Anita and David.
