Secondo il rito buddhista śamatha, il primo passo per intraprendere un percorso meditativo la contemplazione di diversi stadi psicofisici. Un passaggio essenziale permea sull' interiorizzazione del cambiamento. Rendere tangibile il potere della presenza consapevole di qualcosa di nuovo dentro e fuori di noi: come il soffio dolce e flebile del vento che si fa strada nel terpore estivo, o il primo raggio di luce pastello che albeggia quanto basta per lasciar della notte un vago ricordo.
Riflettiamo questo remoto e saggio insegnamento sullo scorrere di questi giorni gravosi; lasciamo che ciò che più amiamo, la musica, ci possa rendere più resilienti, più leggeri, più liberi.
Il consiglio per questo episodio regalatoci da Ormeye è quello di prendersi il proprio tempo, nel senso più lieve e personale del termine, e concedersi.
La luce calda fa breccia dalla finestra , chiudi gli occhi, quasi senti quell'inconfondibile fragranza del palosanto che si diffonde nella stanza e dissipa ogni tensione, frustrazione, preoccupazione. Vinile dopo vinile, lasciati trasportare dal potere di questo viaggio lisergico che inebria l'udito, ed alleggerisce la mente.

Some tech issue with the turntables but in the end I was quite happy with the overall result, the atmosphere was sublime and the energy really palpable. I am not able to describe with words how much I enjoyed the moment.
