you know. When i first started this shit. I was looking for that opulence that decadence, that high class image, keeping appearances i guess you could call it. 

Then i went through a phase in my life where i was having stress all over my life, dealing with stress on an everyday thing. dayum g the issues were ridiculous, the places i was living then ended up at. The things i knew people who should have had nothing but respect for me were saying about me, the list was endless nigga.  

But at the end of it i came to a point in my life where i actually looked back at what i went through, and you know what none of them understood who i was where i was going with this, and they didn't have no superficial reason to treat me well, it was disappointing though i was looking for real people and i ended up with backstabbers thinking the people fucking with me were helping me, and not just trying to make a quick buck off my success.

and i guess its only when you look back at who you are after the stress and strain. I guess it shows you the type of person you are and what your priorities in life are. 

Even at the point i actually wrote this i was going through a lot of shit. People talking shit, issues with people a care about. Having to forget people i know. you know, It was coming to the point where you look at yourself and think your a joke. 

But you know what i really thought about it one rainy night way past sleeping times, I'm listening to wiz khalifa of all people being that i always used to bump his shit, but it had been quite a long time since i had, actually listened to his tracks. This was all around the time people like kdot were influencing my feelings. You know all i had to do was step back and look at the situation i was at, from outside.

I didn't have no regrets for anything i did in my life. Maybe i could have worked harder haha, but yeah i really never had a point in my life where the music couldn't get me to forget about my stress. shit i came to a point where I'm listening to music through 1 ear cause the other earphone was broke. Didn't expect that. 

but shit, i dunno, looking back at what i was going through. I was starting to realise it wasn't anything to do with feeling any type of way or worrying about what was happening around me. 
I managed to keep my cool and stay the same way i was when i first started making my music. I mean niggas put me through shit, but it wasn't nothing compared to what i wanted to achieve and it shouldn't have even been in my mind. 

The thing that hurt was having someone trying to justify how they were taking credit for being found, taking my views and my downloads. Making it look like they did what they did for me, when they knew i was gonna get it done regardless of their hand in it.

 Shit like that made me reflect, its times like that you realise you can't really trust everyone, and you can't expect people to understand what they don't know i guess. It's complicated to think this person knows what their doing, but really all thats been on my mind is understanding why it happened in the first place. 

Shit it was this rain night that i got the answer i was looking for the whole time. and its one of the reasons i didn't want to mention that person in any of my music. Not cause i didn't want to acknowledge them. But i guess cause i got no reason to be embraced when I'm here cause of who i am not cause of whats happened. So with that said, i got on my pen game; i needed to. Couldn't be wasting no more time, but makin instrumentals's hard nigga hahahaha
and i been real from day one with the music, maybe not the lyrics always, but with the music. 

Im blessed to not have to go through the struggles i see people going through every day, but the fact i had to deal with what i did during my first real transitional period i couldn't let what peoples saying or doing, conflict, with what i needed to do. 

I guess thats what makes someone real. 

I mean someone could take my lyrics and flow that shit on the hottest track in the world and it won't mean shit. Cause they couldn't understand what I mean. how i wanted it to go from the paper to the track. And thats the thing thats kept me real since i started this. knowing that as much as someone can say your style or even your look is the same as another artist. You still manage to stay the same way, and its this that i feel makes me stand out as an individual from any other rapper, now, or to come. 


I hope 10 years down the line they'll be a new nigga feeling my message. and doing his thing for the same reason i wanted to. But on a real. It was good to know i was still better inside and out then before, and i still had love inside me. But this is too deep for the listener. 

Just enjoy your lives, and know you can make anything out of yourself as long as you got the drive and don't give up on yourself. Just try to make it positive
