নৌকোমানুষ, সূর্যের দিকে যাই
ট্রাফিক ভীড়ে সহস্র পঙ্খিরাজ।
 
আনমনা লোকটা
এখনও দাঁড়িয়ে একা
রোজকার রেলগাড়ি
রেলগাড়ি বিকেল।
ময়দানে লড়াই
মহিষে মহিষে আজ
খুন হবে কোজাগরী চাঁদ...
 
সিলিং এ ঝুলছে রূপবতী লাশ
মহাশূণ্যের মত একা
শহরে আজও বৃষ্টি হবে না তাই
কাঁচপোকাদের নেই দেখা।
 
জলজ ঘ্রানের নুন অনেকটা প্রাচীন
খোলসের মত আছে পড়ে
করোটির ভেতরে জমাট অন্ধকার
অক্ষরগুলো শুধু ওড়ে!
