The tune is part of his 2-single EP »Outside The Box« - the fourth EP from the artist. Sonically, »When You're Gone« can be seen somewhere in the spheres of Electronic Music with UK Garage and Breaks elements. Artistical references on this track were  @Chase & Status   and  @Skrillex   The artist tried to fuse textural sounds, with trenchant percussions, raunchy bass lines and UK Electronic-esque vocal hooks.

The notion behind »When You're Gone«: 

Once you came clear about the situation after a break up, you start to process everything that has happened throughout the last weeks and months. It really hits you as you realize that the person that you once were together, spent time with, is gone. Even though you start to have a normal routine, just a tiny moment in it can bring up the raw emotions you were feeling right after the second you and your partner broke up. Once the person is gone, you need to digest and give yourself the time to process and heal, in forms of long walks through the city (as shown in the video). But some of us do really have problems with processing such an intense situation.
