This music project was meant to born in Kalaw, in the island of Mindoro, in this beautiful wild nature’s womb. As a first mix, i did play it for all the nature around as the only spectator of the birth of this project, the music directed to the wild only, to the plants, to the trees, to the elements and all the residents of this wonderful Island, in the ground, in the air, in the water and by the ether.

The songs was carefully chosen to play further in some music sessions with a flute. I wanted to offer this first mix with this news sounds to Kiddo Kalaw, musician, owner and caretaker of this land. We had such a good jam in August playing this songs all together. This mix is dedicated to him.

Kalaw Ceremony

For this second music project I wanted to go back to the roots, the origins of the music of our civilizations. So, I took all my nomad music setup this winter and traveled deep into the Moroccan Desert, staying in a beautiful camp far from the crowd of tourism, to find true inspiration to prepare this mix of Northern Africa and Middle East music.

Everyday after meditating and contemplating in serenity the sunrise, I would play loud directly in front of the Dunes, to the Elements, the Spirits and all the residents of the Desert, the Stars, the Gods as the only audience. An offering to the Unknown*.

Sumerian, Egyptian, Byzantine, Persian, Islam, these cultures from very early times created diverse music and sound performances with different motives for thousands of years.

The ancestral instruments still used today, the deep spiritual and mystical vocals and all kinds of percussion mixed with specific electronics frequencies, will takes you on a long journey back in time, like a caravan traveling day and night on the shore of these golden landscapes, an adventure in the tales of Magic*, a journey into the deep memories of our Souls, an awakening of our body by oriental sounds and dances.

Tales Of Sahara - Ecstatic Mix

I wanted to start this music project on the right moment and in the right place, and spend about five years and thousands of hours to carefully look for the right vibrations, every day discovering artists and songs that now are part of this treasure box i am on the way to open to the world.

The call was to find that frequencies* that will connect us directly to the source of our heart and make our soul dance again. I wanted us to direct experience and feels our true nature as part of this wonders and magic all around. I wanted simply to open that free space where time is not the winner anymore, where everyone of us can feel safe in, where our fears disappears by simply being replace by a sense of oneness with our self, an infinite joy to find ourselves again here and now.

My wish and the goal of this music project is that everyone of us open this channel at anytime one needs : to dance free and ecstatic, to breath and dream, to feel the elements and connect with the higher planes deeply everywhere we are. My dream would be, that « every times one of us need that  support » to go through this life journey and we need a lot this days, we open this channel here and play songs to remember the beauties, to feel the meaning of this life and remember why we are here directly from our self, from our heart, like an awakening, a new instant birth.

Every mix will be a journey into our self, as the songs goes on, they will activates our different centers one by one like medicine songs in ceremonial gathering, like shaman whispering in the hut. Songs are like elixirs* : they purifies our souls, reset immediately our polarities to a new level, make our eyes simply smile, warm our heart, awake our body by ancestral remembering, cure our cells & spirits, open new belief, and when listening them with others makes birth to a beautiful community that can give us some hope and meaning in this Kali Yuga time we are experiencing together.

We are a community - We are together - It’s time to connect each other.
