This album represents a selection of my downtempo electronica work from between 2006 and 2012, although work on some tracks was started earlier than this. The music spans a wider range of sub-genres than my previous albums, as I began to experiment with new themes and production techniques.

10:Past Dawn - She Wants To Take Me Home

The Orphic Creative project is my quest to create "music to think to". My mission is to craft chilled, yet intelligent soundscapes which are more than just background ambiance - actively engaging the listener through a complex interplay of melody, rhythm and musical form.

Drawing on a wide range of inspirational sources from classical, jazz and chillout to trip-hop, electronica and dance, the resulting musical sculptures have a multidimensional aspect which aims to capture the interest of the listener without the need for vocal elements.
