After a seven-year hiatus, French electronic artist Croquet Club, AKA Jeremy Villecourt returns with his brand new single ’Slowly’, as part of his forthcoming debut album 'Fugue In Twilight'.

Croquet Club has been at the heart of Anjunadeep for the best part of a decade, after being discovered via Soundcloud and making his debut on the label in 2013 with his double AA side ‘Awake / Cardigan’. Since then, he has gone on to drop a variety of releases including the fan and tastemaker favourite ‘Love Exposure EP’. ‘Summer’ from that EP had its own summer renaissance last year on Tiktok, after going viral on the platform. Croquet Club rounded out the year of 2023 with his ethereal and emotive instrumental track ‘Solace’. 

‘Slowly’ is a track that explores the human need for love, solace and intimacy. Jeremy layers his own vocals with hazy keys, nostalgic guitar rhythms and lofi beats, alongside lyrics about solitude and our relationship with ourselves.

'Slowly' is out now on Reflections.

Croquet Club - Slowly

Orteez D. is a talented DJ and producer from Seville, Spain. From a young age, he was deeply influenced by music due to his heritage as the son of a singer.

At the age of fourteen, he received his first computer and began creating percussion patterns, sparking his interest in music production.

His passion has always been to create his own music with the goal of enjoying it, sharing it, and bringing it to the public. As a DJ, he has had the honor of performing in numerous clubs throughout Spain, leaving his mark on the dance floors.

Furthermore, he was a co-founder of the Silly Kids collective and has collaborated with YonkoStyle in various events, allowing him to expand his reach and connect with different audiences.

Orteez D. continues to nurture his talent and refine his sound, always seeking new forms of musical expression. 

His dedication and passion for music have led him to stand out in the scene, and he is determined to continue evolving as an artist and leaving a lasting impact on the industry.
