This is Ecstatic Dance and this is how we do it in Bristol. No booze, no shoes, no chit-chat. Just straight up dance with cutting edge Ecstatic Dance music. Come as you are. Dance as you please.

This is a full power, deep and peak dance journey moving through all sorts of tempos, energies and feelings to reach all those different parts of self which need waking, shaking and AWAKENING into 2020.

We start 2020 as we mean to go on; to continue evolving and growing our awareness individually and collectively no matter what is happening around us in this external reality; coming back to self, standing in our truth and being in our balanced, authentic power! And inspiring and inviting others to discover the same. Oh yeah!

Thanks to all the dancers present. Such a great turn out and crowd. Ecstatic Dance is really alive and kicking in Bristol. Love it. It's so good to see you all get fully into your expression through dance, movement and sound. Bristol is definitely one of my favourite places to DJ. My sets respond to the spirit of time, community and place; and are inspired by the prominent sound system culture, underground dance music and cross pollination found in Bristol's melting pot of music and culture.

The great thing about Ecstatic Dance / conscious dance is that the DJ sets can be so eclectic. Travelling through so many genres. So fun. And powerful!
