Whether it’s collaborating with Rødhåd, regularly performing live with Surgeon, releasing on Len Faki’s Figure and Lucy’s Stroboscopic Artefacts or putting on parties with Lady Gaga, New York based Lady Starlight is an artist in every sense of the word and with no limits to her creativity.

Lady Starlight appears here on the first part of a series of remix releases for the BPitch label boss and Berlin icon Ellen Allien and her AurAA album. Also included in the prodigious package are a variety of reworks by Hadone, Keith Carnal and Matrixxman.

For this DT:Premiere we selected her remix of “Hello Planet Earth” that comes in firing with a modular loop and driving sound. The psychedelic and uptempo style is graced with the title vocal, haunting tones and plenty of percussion fervor.

Shaun Moses is a name that one’s going to be seeing a lot more of. Hailing from Goa (India), the techno producer and DJ crafts his unique style of dark and pulsating techno, while still maintaining a raw aural aesthetic. Everything he has dropped so far is steeped in four by four goodness, with his signature meaty bass riffs and minimal, yet complex, structures. 

During his DJ sets, he showcases an explosive snapshot if his capabilities, bursting at the seams with an atmospheric synth haze, rolling percussive hits and deep powerful bass lines. Over the past few years, Shaun has performed at some of the best stages and venues across India while releasing on many popular international labels. 

He joins the Octopus Warehouse family with his latest release "Really Psychotic."
