Early in his adolescence he discovered techno culture inspired by a book called “TECHNO“ by Christian Zingales.
Having released his first Ep on Initial Berlin in 2015, Viels continued his musical path appearing with a track on the well respected dutch imprint Dynamic Reflection, followed by his debut ep “Distrophism” and contributing for the 10 years anniversary of the label, among some of the most recognised artists in the scene : Donato Dozzy, Mike Parker, Shifted, Oscar Mulero, Blawan, Jeroen Search and many more. Co-owner with Francesco della Sala of “End Of Perception”, Viels just released on label such Non Series with his solo ep "Timeless Speaks", Semantica Records, Edit Select.
With an increasing interest he is now resident of Acquario party in Milan and also performed in quality line-ups around the globe, with the likes of The Gods Planet, Svreca and Dasha Rush to name a few, Viels is establishing himself as part of a new wave of djs and producers approaching the contemporary techno scene.

He is part of Obscure, a techno collective running the Obscurity series of events and is also one of the founders of the podcast project Parallel Perception which has been praised from many artists across the globe. Sage's style is deep and atmospheric with beautiful references to natural elements and spirituality.

RRUU has been interested in electronic music from a very early age. During his university years, he was a member of a community united by one idea; to organize several festivals in Kutaisi. After a few years he was affected by the rapid development of electronic music and as a performer he started using the decks in 2017. Since then project RYUU was created and he played in local clubs and different venues. Nowadays he is a resident of BUDE club and known amongst the techno family for his hypnotic and hard techno sound.

Juan Martin Ricaldoni was born in Misiones, Argentina. In 2014 he moved to Buenos Aires to study music production, sound design, mixing and mastering at Sonica school and began exploring more possibilities in the music scene.
In 2019 he created the Johann Arty project and released his first EP called “Cycle” in Re:Axis imprint Monocline Records receiving a great feedback from many DJ's and producers. Then he joined the booking agency Insight which allowed him to play for the very first time in the recognized Techno club “Under Club”.
His sets focus on the atmosphere that each track creates, incorporating a wide array of sounds that could be acid, hypnotic or organic without losing sight of the groove and all the different elements that give weight and movement to the dancefloor.
To this date, he has released music on Monocline Records, DarkForest, Insight Records and Alleanza.

MTRL (Material) is an art project by Audio Engineer and Sounddesigner Lukas Weinlein, who is always been fascinated with soundscapes to which he could relate to emotionally. 
Playing various instruments for years, he started experimenting with different sounds at a young age, tapping into many different styles of music. 
This insightful journey shaped his current understanding of music and ultimately led him to the endless possibilities of hypnotic electronic music, inspired by the infinite cosmos and organic voices of nature. Having bonded with a multitude of great artists helped to refine his style and created a sphere of inspiration around him. 
His deep, experimental - and sometimes dark sounds- resonate with the audience and invites them on a trip to remember. 
The name for this specific art project was chosen because the definition of the word material, the matter from which a thing is or can be made, fits the purpose of the project very good. 
So the aim of MTRL is to create an audiovisual experience from existing or non-existing matter for open-minded brains.

MTRL (Material) 은 항상 그가 정서적으로 교감할 수 있는 사운드스케이프에 매력을 느끼는 오디오 엔지니어이자 사운드 디자이너인 Lukas Weinlein 의 프로젝트이다.
여러 다양한 악기를 수 년간 연주하며, 그는 젊은 시절 색다른 사운드들을 실험하기 시작했다.
이 통찰력 있는 여정은 음악에 대한 그의 이해도를 형성했고, 종국엔 자연의 무한한 코스모스와 목소리들에 영감을 받아 최면적인 전자음악의 무한한 가능성을 이끌어냈다. 여러 훌륭한 예술가들과 유대감을 갖게 된 것은, 그의 스타일을 다듬는 데 도움이 되었고 그는 이것을 중심으로 고유한 영역을 만들어냈다. 
그의 깊고 실험적이고 때로는 어두운 소리는 관객들에게 반향을 불러일으키고 그들을 기억을 위한 여행에 초대한다. 
이 예술 프로젝트의 명칭은 용어 Material (재료) 의 정의, ‘어떤 것이 만들어지거나 만들어질 수 있는 질료’ 라는 뜻이 프로젝트의 목적에 매우 잘 맞기 때문에 선택되었다. 
결국 MTRL 의 목적은 개방적인 사유를 위해 현존하거나 존재하지 않는 물질로부터 시청각적 경험을 창조하는 것이다.

Podcast #124 comes at you from Ukranian DJ and producer, Sqeef.

Sqeef’s unique blend of melancholic and spatial sounds had us fully captivated when we first discovered his music in early 2019 - his collaborative EP with Strom (UA) released that year, ‘Planetary Nebula’ (Northalsen Records) being a powerful, futuristic ride through interstellar space.

Sqeef’s hour-long mix for On the 5th Day rouses the exact same feeling - a cinematic-like experience thanks to the cosmic soundscapes and oscillating, organic percussions - each twist and turn taking you into a new corner of the cosmos.

Following many years as a classical pianist, Sqeef found himself drawn to the electronic music world - exploring the realms of ambient, experimental and the enticing rhythms and textures of deep, hypnotic techno. We're definitely grateful that his journey took him here!
