A sample of the score created for 'Waiting Game', March 2022. 

‘Waiting Game’ is the debut duet between choreographer/dancer Phaedra Brown and dancer Tamara Bouman supported by and presented in March Dance Festival 2022. The work features music and soundscape by composer Oscar Sweeney. A new contemporary dance duet that embraces humour, tragedy and human connection in a world that seems so illogical.

Mūsu Tēvs | Lord's Prayer (SATB)

This piece is based around the tradition of the Tibetan buddhist’s sand mandala- mandalas painstakingly crafted over weeks out of coloured sand by a dedicated team of monks, only to be ritualistically wiped away and destroyed shortly after its completion. Philosophically the mandala represents the life’s ephemerality, and how destruction is a necessary force in the balance of the universe.
