Straight out of Medellín, Colombia with a three track EP, we welcome Osccurate to Club Mackan! Relatively new to the scene, Osccurate left his 140 bpm Techno to embark on a more melodic journey. With Dansé Gótica you'll find something that sounds familiar, yet fresh and new with the touch of his signature guitar sound. On this journey you'll get to explore uncharted territory, something that we still don't have a name for.

To accompany us on this journey, we have three remixers. Two familiar faces, Dog.ma and Mundo D as well as a new face in the shape of Bizzarro Universe. These three remixers will help steer the course to perhaps somewhat more charted territory. Or in this case, dare I say timelines?

Dog.ma brings a synthier version to Dansé Gótica, setting the course to what seems to be the 80s. With Allnight, Mundo D seems to have set the course more towards the future. Somehow still with one foot firmly in the 80s in a very retro futuristic fashion.
Bizzarro Universe course is a bit different though. Say hello to the late 90s early 00s. Cuarto Oscuro gets a very trancey makeover and we love it!

LaTour’s People are still having sex is a 90s classic and one of the first tracks he heard in a club in Medellín. When he started partying his first club encounters were in an only goth, 90s and post punk music clubs. This edit encapsulates his desire to make this timeless song into a party banger, with ebm influenced basses and a more dark and obscure approach. Off course it couldn’t be an Osccurate track without his signature Guitar and big melancholic melodies, this edit will sure take on a beautiful journey of emotions.

Born in the city of Medellín, Colombia, Osccurate has quickly become a highly recognized figure. Having studied music at the University of Fine Arts Medellin and taken courses at prestigious institutions such as Berklee College of Music. 
His musical career has included participation as a guitarist in significant projects like Madera Jazz, Mabiland, The Virginia Valley, Melov, etc.
He has performed on renowned stages such as Estadio el Campín, Festival Estereo Picnic, Baum Park, Kaputt, Videoclub, and has opened for bands and artists including Coldplay, Metronomy, Two Door Cinema Club and The Blaze.

As a producer, Osccurate was at the forefront of the hard techno scene in Medellín, with support from prominent figures like Tham, Paula Temple, Roüge, Vendex, etc. In 2023, his project took a significant turn as Osccurate opened up to new possibilities, delving into the production of more commercial projects such as Mabiland and Gero Angel. He collaborated with grammy nominated producer Tezzel.

In his personal project, he transitioned from techno to indie dance, marking the beginning of a more melodic and danceable exploration influenced by the sounds of Italo disco and new wave. Although early in this new phase, Osccurate has already gained support from DJs and producers like Pablo Bozzi, Kendal, Infravision, Marcus Christiansen, Brandski, Bizzarro Universe, among others.

Osccurate has quickly established himself as a leading figure in Colombian and international indie dance music.

This edit surely will be another stand out track in the collection of this rising star from Colombia. dedicated to one of his dearest friends, Juan Santa.
