Daniel Clapp - Excellent Adventure

Daniel Clapp grew up in Miami listening to his father's vinyl collection (King Crimson to Michael Jackson), falling in love with both the music and the record as an object, spinning while filling the air with crisp sounds of music. Since the days of his radio show at Miami (Dade) Community College in 1994, Daniel has been either making his own music or playing it for others to share in his discoveries and revel in the arrangements. 

In 2004, he moved to NYC and became obsessed with the city's underground disco scene, and during this time in NYC, he played his records often and everywhere.  Currently back in Miami performing solo as, "Nightly Closures" and one half of, "Chilean Minors" Daniel feels at home forwarding his sonic agenda and overall love for music.

ALONZO is an elektro artist based in NYC.  He has recently appeared on Marguerita Recordings (Holland), a label that puts out vinyl and has featured releases from Cosmic Force, Dexter, Legowelt, DIE (Detroit In Effect), Luke Vibert, and Richard Devine among others.  He has recently collaborated with Susana Correia of Zwischenwelt (a group consisting of Susana Correia, Beta Evers, Penelope Martin, & Gerald Donald of Drexciya & Dopplereffekt) and will be releasing new material in the upcoming year.
